If you are not 100% happy with your item, or you have selected the wrong colour, please return it for a refund or a product exchange. International customers will be charged for replacement postage costs. Please note, we can only accept items back if they are unused, still attached to their plastic hygiene bands (silver coloured) and remain in their original packaging. Please ensure you check the colour before removing your item from the packaging. Once you have received your item, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange. Refunds may not be possible after this time. Always ensure that you have entered the correct delivery details, as we can not be held accountable for such errors. If your item is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, we will refund the item minus the postage, or resend the item and charge you for postage. If you are not home whilst your delivery is due, it is your responsibility to collect the item from your local Royal Mail delivery office. If you do not do so, the item will eventually be sent back to us, and we will either charge you to deliver it back to you, or refund you minus any postage costs.
