- If you are not 100% happy with your item, or you have selected the wrong colour, please return it for a refund or a product exchange. International customers will be charged for replacement postage costs. Please note, we can only accept items back if they are unused, still attached to their plastic hygiene bands (silver coloured) and remain in their original packaging. Please ensure you check the colour before removing your item from the packaging. Once you have received your item, you have fourteen days to return it for a refund or exchange. Refunds may not be possible after this time. Always ensure that you have entered the correct delivery details, as we can not be held accountable for such errors. If your item is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, we will refund the item minus the postage, or resend the item and charge you for postage. If you are not home whilst your delivery is due, it is your responsibility to collect the item from your local Royal Mail delivery office. If you do not do so, the item will eventually be sent back to us, and we will either charge you to deliver it back to you, or refund you minus any postage costs.
- Returns Postage
- Refunds are given minus the postage cost, unless the item is damaged or defective on arrival. In the rare occurrence of a faulty item, please contact us within 7 working days. We will assist you in the return of the item, and offer an exchange or a full refund, whilst covering the cost of the return postage. Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the returned item. However, this is subject to change during busy periods. You are responsible for covering the postage cost when returning an item back to us, and we highly recommend using a tracking service to ensure the item does not get lost. We can not be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
- Lost in Transit
- Should your item become lost in transit, we will either replace the item, or offer a full refund. We may need to contact Royal Mail and investigate the matter, so slight delays are to be expected. Should such an occurrence happen, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
